Your safety comes first at Simple Home Maintenance. We know how easy COVID-19 can spread, and we are doing everything in our power to prevent being the cause.

Protocol During Maintenance Service Visits

You can count on us to wear masks, booties and sanitize our hands before entering your home. It goes beyond the basics, though. We also sanitize our tools before and after every visit and wipe down our tablets before using them to review work orders and sign.

If you are willing, we ask you to wear a mask, too, at least when discussing things together in close proximity. We even have extra masks for you to use. Though this isn’t mandatory, it’s known that if everyone wears a mask, it greatly reduces the spread of COVID-19.

Protocol Within Our Company

We are dedicated to preventing the spread of COVID-19 within our organization too. Employees are asked to stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19. We offer to pay for a COVID-19 test if they feel ill. We also wear masks in the office when multiple people are working together.

Safety Training

Protocols are great, but safety is a cultural thing within organizations. We reinforce our safety protocols every week during our safety meetings and have made this our culture. Though we can’t eliminate all risk, we can certainly do our part.
