When is payment due?
You have a choice to either pay annually, after each quarterly visit, or even monthly. We take all forms of payment. Materials will be billed for and charged at cost as they are consumed. Because we buy in bulk, our prices for materials are usually less expensive than the hardware store.
How do you handle my information?
How do you keep track of what has been performed on my home?
Our Simple Home software tracks every visit, repair, and service that we provide for you. We maintain a full history of your home’s service records.
How do I see what has been done?
We will send an itemized report showing everything that was performed during your service visit to your email following the visit. If you need to see a history report, simply call our main office and we will prepare one for you. Xxx-xxx-xxxx.
What do I do with my pets during a visit?
We love animals and would like to meet your family. That said, we will be going in and out of the house frequently and want to make sure that your animals are safe. We prefer that you arrange for them to be with you, or in a safe spot during our visit. If your pet is defensive of you or your home, we ask that you put them in a room to protect our Service Specialists. Please let us know if this is the case and we will always call you before coming to your door.
How often is home maintenance required?
Many of your systems require maintenance every three months, that’s why we schedule quarterly visits to your home.
Who is my point of contact?
You are assigned a Client Manager who is your point person for every service, project, and urgent home matter that you might have. We provide you with direct access to your Client Manager during working hours and have an emergency line for anything after working hours.
